Alpine Ski House sample application OLAP Databases not visible in Dashboard Designer

After installing the Alpine Ski House sample application I deployed all the Model Sites and I was able to see the corresponding OLAP databases created in SQL Server Management Studio.

However when I went into Dashboard Designer I was not able to see any of these OLAP databases. After some research I found that we need to give role permission to 'NETWORK SERVICE' account in order to make it available for Scorecard Setup.

I did this for 'Alpine_Ski_House_ASH_Corporate' database.

And after that this database was available in Dashboard Designer.

Need to further check on this why it is needed, however if anyone is facing this issue then this is the solution I have as of now.
